Frequently Asked Questions: Signing In & Member Accounts

How does this new sign in system work? Why did it change, and why do I need to convert my account?

The new sign in system identifies users by their email address. The old system identified users by a username, which they created during the sign up process. The new system allows users who are members of multiple clubs to sign in to all of their clubs using the same email address / password.

The new sign in system has the following benefits:

  • It is easier for users to remember their email address than a username.
  • Our new system provides for enhanced account security.
  • New features are made possible by the new sign in system.
  • Users that are members of multiple clubs no longer need to remember multiple username and password combinations they can use the same email and password to sign in to all of their accounts.
